Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.

Because our products are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, size changes, or color preference once an item has been produced, unless the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or otherwise incorrect.

How to start a return

Email support@thesanfranciscoclothingcompany.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because each item is made to order. If you need a different size or item, contact us and we will confirm the best available option.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when approved, offer a replacement or refund.
